Delivery Policy

At Shade Station, we take pride in offering our customers FREE DELIVERY on all orders via Royal Mail. Our commitment to providing a seamless and swift shopping experience ensures that you not only stay stylish but receive your eyewear without delay.

For NEXT DAY DELIVERY, place your order before 4:30pm UK time (Monday - Friday) and before 4:00pm for orders containing prescription lenses and choose the express option required at chekout.

Prescription order delivery options are subject to lens availability.

If your chosen frame is showing "Due in x days/weeks", please allow this in addition to the expected delivery date.

UK

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail within the UK. Our standard delivery is estimated to be 3-5 working days from dispatch and tracking information will be provided via email.


If you would like to upgrade your delivery to our express options, we provide several services available at checkout:

Express / Next Day Royal Mail Delivery - This service aims to deliver the day after dispatch.
Saturday Delivery - This service will deliver your parcel on the Saturday specified at checkout.
Sunday Delivery - This service will deliver your parcel on the Sunday specified at checkout.

Worldwide Standard Delivery

All standard delivery parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail International Delivery which is a fully insured service. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email which will contain the tracking code for your parcel.
Royal Mail International parcels normally arrive up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch, however in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale; the item is not considered lost until 35 working days have elapsed from dispatch.
After leaving the UK, your parcel will be handled and delivered by your local delivery service. You can find out who this is by going to http://postoffice.com/ and clicking on the name of your country, please reference your tracking code.

Worldwide Expedited Delivery

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email which will contain the tracking code for your parcel.
Expedited parcels normally arrive within 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch, the relevant time for your destination will be shown when choosing this option at checkout however in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale; the item is not considered lost until 10 working days have elapsed from dispatch.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We cannot be liable for any customs charges incurred once the parcel reaches your country. Any customs charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Shade Station has no control over these charges as customs policies change frequently. If you have any customs related questions you are advised to contact your local customs office.
A signature will always be requested upon receipt, however if you are not in when the driver arrives, they will attempt to leave it in a safe place (i.e. protected from the elements and hidden from sight). If a safe place cannot be located, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery/collection of your order.
